Birth Doula

Visits at 60 to 90 minutes each

Two prenatal visits: Conducted before the birth to establish a relationship and discuss your birth plan, dreams, and hopes. 

During Labor: Doula dedication, guidance, and attention to details are practiced to ensure a great birth experience for expectant parents and families. The birth plan includes a Doula presence at early labor up to two hours after birth. The Doula will also implement processes that will include the partner experiencing your birth journey hands on. During labor the Doula will assist the partner in managing contractions with massage, essential oils, breathing techniques, and positive energy.

Two postpartum visits: Ensure mom and baby are adjusting well and discuss the recovery period and assisting with breastfeeding support.  *All clients will benefit from Tyhenna Wellness other services (Aromatherapy, Massage, and Reiki) experiences throughout their pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum.
